Raw Material Quality & Testing

All raw materials including cement, aggregates, sand, water, and admixtures are strictly tested as per IS standards to ensure consistent strength, durability, and performance of Ready Mix Concrete.

Incoming materials are sourced from approved vendors and undergo routine laboratory testing such as sieve analysis, specific gravity, moisture content, and chemical compatibility checks. This systematic evaluation helps Lalit Concrete maintain uniform quality across batches and ensures long-term structural reliability in all construction applications.

Concrete Mix Design Engineering

Customized concrete mix designs are developed by experienced engineers for grades M10 to M40, ensuring optimal workability, strength, setting time, and cost efficiency based on project requirements.

Mix designs are prepared in accordance with IS 10262 and IS 456, considering site conditions, exposure class, and structural load requirements. Trial mixes are conducted before final approval to achieve the desired performance while minimizing material wastage and ensuring economical concrete solutions.

Automated Batching & Production

Fully automated batching plants ensure precise proportioning, uniform mixing, and controlled production, minimizing human error and maintaining consistent concrete quality.

Advanced plant automation allows real-time monitoring of batch weights, moisture correction, and mixing cycles. This process enhances production efficiency, reduces variability, and ensures every load meets predefined quality benchmarks before dispatch.

Quality Control & Performance Testing

Regular quality checks such as slump test, cube compressive strength test (7 & 28 days) and durability assessments are conducted to meet structural and safety standards.

An in-house quality control laboratory continuously monitors fresh and hardened concrete properties. Detailed test records and reports are maintained for traceability, compliance, and client confidence, ensuring adherence to national quality and safety norms.

Transit Mixing & Timely Delivery

Concrete is transported through transit mixers to prevent segregation and loss of workability, ensuring fresh, high-quality RMC is delivered on time at the construction site.

Efficient logistics planning and GPS-enabled fleet management allow precise scheduling and timely deliveries. This ensures concrete reaches the site within specified time limits, maintaining workability and supporting uninterrupted construction progress.
